No More Self-Reduction
Welcome to your new timeline
I am here for myself.
I am growing and unfolding right on time and in my power.
I am more and more present in my mind, body, heart, soul, voice, truth, life, and light daily.
I use my energy and gifts in the highest purposeful way in this season.
I release what isn’t energetically mine to absorb or carry.
I am not distracted out of my light.
I have faith and spiritual eyes big enough to see that a better and higher vibrational world will replace the current one.
More and more, I am blessed with genuine support, love, care, and community.
My conversations, interactions, and opportunities are evolving and enhancing.
My strength and life-force are increasing daily.
Courage over fear is my frequency.
My steps are divinely guided and aligned.
It’s going to happen even better than I imagined.
I close my eyes and feel deeply blessed.
Growth looks different for everyone, but a big part of it is nurturing your thoughts and being gentle with yourself as you unlearn, transform, stumble, and evolve. Sometimes we forget who we are and how far we’ve come when we’re growing. We let growth pains and challenges obscure our perception and judgment, and suddenly, BOOM, all we see is the liminal parts of ourselves and our journey. And we begin to move like that’s all we are. This is self-reduction.
So, I invite you to pause and take a moment to appreciate yourself and how far you’ve come. You’ve grown more and done way more work than you may realize.
And guess what we’re not doing in 2026 or beyond? We’re not doing self-reduction. There’ll be none of it. From this point onward, SELF-REDUCTION IS PROHIBITED.
Welcome to your new timeline, where you no longer forget how far you’ve come and how much you’ve already grown.
I’m here to remind you every chance I get.
Sending love to your nervous system. Especially on days it’s overworked (ooorrrr needs to sit down somewhere.)
Journey well.

No more self-reduction! Thanks for the reminder that we are done shrinking ourselves down to the most inconvenient, unfinished, or liminal version of who we are and calling that the whole story.
Gratitude for sharing these reminders. ♥️
